Agile Swarming 2023 - CALL FOR PAPERS

The Agile Swarming conference has inspired people for over 11 years now in their way to agility. The conference is free, and, what is the most important, we do not conduct any recruitment processes during the conference. It is important for us to create a safe place for knowledge sharing. Our Speakers challenge the status quo in IT organizations through memorable lectures and workshops. 

This year our Keynote speakers will be: 

• David Pereira - passionate Product Leader with ten years of product management experience, ledding many product teams in successful endeavors. His biggest fear is the comfort zone.
• Zuzana “Zuzi” Šochová - author of the popular book The Great ScrumMaster – #ScrumMasterWay (Addison-Wesley, 2017) and The Agile Leader (Addison-Wesley, 2020).

So if you’ve  ever experienced failure, and learned from it or  know how to avoid traps or have some examples of anti-patterns from real life, you’re in the right place. To submit your:

• 25-60 min TALK -  presentation dedicated to a particular topic in front of an audience, followed by Q&A or a discussion.
• 90 min-4 h WORKSHOP -  a session designed to teach or develop a certain skill(s), directed towards collaborating and learning in an interactive environment.
