AI Design Sprint™ Experience Session

Meta is going to spend $10 billion in AI in 2024, Google $48 billion, Microsoft more than $50 billion (Washington Post). We are still blown away by ChatGPT reaching 1 million users in 5 days and 100 million users in 2 months.
Rightly so many business conversations are around Generative AI and AI overall. The big question is: How could we apply AI in our organization? Where do we start?
As a consultant, how do I start AI projects with my non-technical client? How do I identify AI uses cases with non-technical decision-makers? If you’re part of an in-house team, how do we identify relevant AI use cases as non-technical team? And how do we collaborate with non-technical stakeholders?
In this Experience Session you’ll experience a part of the AI Design Sprint™, a set of intuitive tools and frameworks built to give you and your team the confidence and focus to rapidly explore, learn, and co-develop AI solutions.
What to expect
In the Experience Session, you will work in a team and develop an AI application concept for one work process step. The focus is on Process Automation, which means, applying AI to improve a work process by partly or fully automating it.
Expect this session to be interactive, hands-on, high energy and playful. No tech knowledge necessary.
