„Navigating the cloud: How networking can make or break your application"
Networking is crucial for the success of any application both on-premises and in the cloud. In this session you will learn how networking on AWS can affect your application performance and reliability. We will start from AWS networking fundamentals, e.g. what AWS region and an availability zone are, what Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) is and how an application can leverage multi-AZ architectures. We will also cover how to approach the design of a virtual network on AWS and what challenges and trade-offs an architect should consider. Lastly, we will look into recently launched AWS networking services and what use-cases they enable.
This session is aimed at IT professionals who are building an infrastructure on AWS.
