Eric Maxwell, solution architect. Eric is a solution architect ... helping customers connect isolated systems and automate processes and user touchpoints as they go through digital transformation. Prior to xMatters, he spent eight years at a large hardware and solutions corporation going through its own digital transformation. There, he held roles as a product manager and managed SREs and operations within a development organization implementing Agile and DevOps concepts. He worked on a range of projects, including building platforms and services to help customers improve their experience through digital operations and interaction. This included transforming their platform from on-premises to cloud, converting to containers and implementing microservices.


* DEEPTY CHAUHAN

- Atlanta Software Design Center site general manager - Keysight Technologies


Deepty Chauhan is a collaborative results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience building dynamic teams and motivating people across cultures. Deepty has a BE in electronics and a postgraduate diploma in business administration from India. She upskilled herself by taking several courses from Yale and MIT, giving her the educational foundation to take on higher managerial roles. She started her Agilent/Keysight journey in 2007 with work experience in software development, quality assurance, DevOps and working closely with customers. As the Atlanta Software Design Center Site General Manager, her team focuses on the Pathwave software platform and DevOps that Keysight’s business leverages to accelerate software development time and developer efficiency.


* NICK DURKIN

- CTO - Harness


Nick Durkin has more than 12 years of data center architecture knowledge and a wealth of certified training, Nick also has over five years of Hadoop and big data experience, architecting systems and building big data applications for the federal government and the world’s largest financial institutions. He held the position of lead architect on the Department of Homeland Security’s FIVICS initiative as well as developed many of the anti-fraud applications currently in use among the aforementioned financial institutions. Using his successful history of innovative design, data protection, fiscal responsibility and directive appreciation, Nick continues to develop purposeful solutions tailored to each of his client’s needs.
