Making the best effort doesn't always prevent us from failures, but there are few mistakes we can avoid to become efficient and successful in obtaining the high quality requirements.

My experience as a Business Analyst in a project where we had to extend a Platform with a new strategic module. The existing platform is perceived as one of the most user-unfriendly solutions in the Company and how we were able to make a breakthrough by designing and developing a new module which is using modern available web technology and has created a lot of positive vibes among the end-users regarding it's user experience. I will explain the context of the project and the complexity of the environment and what contribution I made as a Business Analyst. It will touch on requirements management process, team setup, collaboration with UX and project delivery approach.
