Raphael Arakelian will present 'PLCs: To Scan or Not to Scan' at S4 x 24 in Miami. Speaker:
Raphael Arakelian is a leading expert in OT cyber monitoring technology. In his previous role, he served as the national lead of OT cyber monitoring, overseeing proof-of-concept evaluations as well as implementation services across a diverse set of industries. In 2023, Raphael published a comprehensive guide that helps asset owners evaluate OT monitoring tools, based on a methodology that he had developed. His recent talks include ICS Cyber Security Conference (Atlanta), CISA ICSJWG (Salk Lake City), Public Safety Canada (Virtual), and S4 (Miami). Raphael holds a BASc and MASc in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto. He applies his research methods and analytical approach to find pragmatic solutions for challenges faced by asset owners today.
