Michael Mellinghoff

Managing Director, TechFluence UK Ltd.


Michael is a seasoned investment professional with more than 20 years of experience, spanning both the traditional banking and fintech world. Michael’s career covers a 10 years span in traditional banking, where he held a variety of managerial positions in asset management and investment banking in Germany and abroad, including management board and supervisory board appointments in Commerzbank Asset Management and DZ Bank Group. From 2004 until 2006 Michael served on the board of Skarbiec in Warsaw.

Since 2010, Michael has been working in the Fintech space, including a 3+ years experience as Managing Director with German Fintech pioneer sharewise (exit 2013, IPO 2019).

Michael’s experience in both worlds gives him unique insights into the financial markets scene and ability to scout new trends in the financial sector.

Michael is sole owner and Director of Techfluence UK Ltd.


Anna Maj

FinTech Executive including C-level and NED roles. Anna brings 20 years of experience in driving and fostering banking and payments innovation in Europe, with a focus on CEE (Citigroup, T-Mobile, mBank, PwC).

FinTech Advisor and Mentor (CEE Startup Collider, Accelpoint, Scale). Anna is responsible for building cooperation models between corporates and tech startups, particularly with regard to Open Banking, Payments as well as AI projects. She is a Jury Member and Expert at the EU/EC European Innovation Council (SME Accelerator) aimed at financing innovative SMEs. Featured in the 100 Women in FinTech (100WFinTech) global directory and “Women in FinTech Powerlist 2019”.


Matthew Harris is the Director of Business Development at STXNext, Europe’s largest Python software house. His experience lies in over 10 years of sales and product, and he's helped dozens of digital executives overcome demanding challenges by working with external product and development teams.

Matthew's background is in fintech. He managed sales and partnerships at Currency One (Walutomat and InternetowyKantor) for 3 years, where he, along with the Co-Founders, won the renowned Finovate competition in London (FinovateEurope2016 - Valuto). An expert in pitching large crowds, he was also a speaker at Money2020 Europe and presenter at MoneyConf.

After driving sales at a Fintech, he transitioned to the product side of fintech, working with many startups to build out their digital products.
