Once again we would like to invite you to join the Lambda Academy - free courses introducing concepts related to functional programming. This year you can sign up for the School of Erlang and School of Elixir.
- School of Erlang:
- Tuesdays at 3 PM, starting Dec 6
- 4 meetings where you get to learn basic Erlang concepts and techniques
- implement a simple Erlang project around RaspberryPI (difficulty adjusted to the level of the group)

- Mondays at 5 PM, starting Dec 5
- 4 meetings where you get to learn basic Elixir concepts and techniques
- Thanks to Nerves we'll build an embedded system image for Raspberry Pi, which will boot directly to the Erlang virtual machine. We'll utilize Bonjour / ZeroConf to make the Pi automatically discoverable in a WiFi network and write a simple Elixir/Phoenix app to run on top of it.
