Konrad:
Konrad has over a decade of experience in the field of scaling agile. His professional journey includes working in Germany, Poland and the USA. He has held various roles, ranging from developer to managerial positions.
His passion for Agile methods is based on the excellent results he had been achieving by applying the principles and values of agility.
Konrad specializes in scaling and implementing agility in large organizations, which often face significant challenges. Currently, he works as a consultant and trainer in the German and Polish markets, focusing mainly on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), as well as Scrum and Kanban methodologies. His efforts are concentrated on supporting companies in the transformation process, enabling them to achieve outstanding results through the application of effective Agile practices.
