Swift at Scale 

A story behind one of the most popular polish mobile banking apps, which was completely rewritten in Swift. The problems we faced, solutions, statistics, workflows and everything you should know about incorporating Swift in a really large project. 

This will be a story from a real battle. I will talk about: 

• Dealing with long compilation times (the project has +3500 Swift files). 
• Compilation time statistics vs different compilation configurations 
• Splitting application into frameworks and how it helped with compilation times 
• Migrations between different versions of Swift (1.2 -> 2, 2.3 -> 3). How we planned them and what where the hardest parts.
