Our second speaker will be Tomasz Czechowski, who will tell us about "The power of roadmap planning in technology products"
Tomasz is going to talk about how agile movement removed the planning skills from the development teams and how to get it back. He will use real examples depending on the product maturity. He will also explain how to maintain the roadmaps on the three levels and how to make the most of it.
