Another month means another Rust Wrocław. For a better experience, we fix our meetups always to be the first Thursday of the month, so you can easier predict when to book the evening.

Our organizers will share some of their Rust experiences this time, giving you another two talks.

18:10: Michał Chodzikiewicz - Hubris - a roly-poly of RTOSes?

What do we have here? Yet another RTOS written in Rust, but wait...

It promises a set of key features that are uncommon, yet invaluable for high reliability systems such as:

19:00 - Bartłomiej Kuras - The story of hacking on `serde`

Some crates are so fundamental that we expect them to work every time. However, some limitations may make such basic things like serde - and we are not talking about cutting edge embedded with no memory allocator. In this talk, I want to tell you a story about hacking on `serde-value` to make it usable on the platform with no floating point arithmetic support.
