School of Elixir

Let's start the Elixir adventure with the School of Elixir organized by Erlang Solutions!

The full course lasts 4 weeks for 2 hours each week (8h total).

Ideally, students should be available for all classes.

The school will be held in March 2023 as an offline event (only 1st class will be remote).

We organize this school to introduce you to programming in Elixir, we'll teach you the basics of Elixir, including the following topics:

2. Elixir basics - Elixir syntax along with data types and other useful concepts (remotely)
3. 14.03.2023; 6-8 PM
4. Elixir processes - processes and communication between them
5. (live - Erlang Solutions - Krakow office)
6. 21.03.2023; 6-8 PM
7. Supervisor - managing and supervising processes
8. (live - Erlang Solutions - Krakow office)
9. 28.03.2023; 6-8 PM
10. Puzzle time - implement Worlde in Elixir
11. (live - Erlang Solutions - Krakow office)

In order to apply, it is necessary to fill out the form.

Completing the course is confirmed by a certificate.

Places are limited. Accepted applicants will be contacted to confirm their participation.

Lecturers:

• Aleksander Lisiecki - Erlang & Elixir Developer experienced in sports and fintech-related projects. He’s also using his technical knowledge and training skills to teach a community of passionate developers about BEAM languages.
• Łukasz Pauszek - Elixir Developer with over 5 years of experience in Elixir and Phoenix, mainly worked with social media platforms but lately got more into teaching others about Elixir and connected technologies.
