Spotkanie PJUG – Chromecast & Knowledge driven (micro)services

Zapraszamy na kolejne spotkanie Polish JUG, które odbędzie się w czwartek 3 listopada 2016 o godzinie 18:15 w Pauzie na ul. Stolarskiej 5. Na spotkaniu będziemy mogli wysłuchać dwóch prezentacji (jedną po polsku, a drugą po angielsku).

"Chromecast: co to i jak się do tego zabrać od strony Android developera" Technologia Google Cast jest stosowana w coraz większej ilości urządzeń powiązanych z telewizorami, ale znana jest przede wszystkim z urządzeń Chromecast. Pozwala na rozszerzenie aplikacji mobilnych bądź webowych poprzez możliwość wykorzystania wyświetlacza telewizora. W trakcie prezentacji zostanie przedstawiona architektura technologii Google Cast, pokazane zostaną możliwości jakie nam ona daje, oraz zaprezentowany kod prostej aplikacji Androidowej zintegrowanej z Google Cast w wersji 3 i odpowiedniej aplikacji webowej wyświetlanej na TV (muszą iść ze sobą w parze, ale skupimy się na Androidowej). Będzie można również dowiedzieć się jak bardzo wersja 3 różni się od wersji 2 i zobaczyć jak wyglądają już istniejące aplikacje. Głównym celem prezentacji jest przedstawienie możliwości jakie daje technologia Google Cast oraz pokazanie co należy zrobić, żeby dodać do swojej aplikacji obsługę Google Casta. W odbiorze prezentacji niezwykle pomocna będzie podstawowa znajomość Androida, przydać się również może bardzo podstawowa znajomość składni JavaScript’u i HTML’a.
