(1) Andre Coelho MBA, 31 - Founder and CEO at Saffe Payments. Formerly investment banker in UBS in Brasil, working as M&A advisor and trader. Saffe is a global anti-fraud facial recognition provider focused on payments and financial services authentications. Saffe has world class results attest by NIST and is regulated by FCA in UK as Payment Institution complying with PSD2.

I am a Security geek with a strong belief that changing the World to make it better is possible. I run a startup as CEO of Digital Fingerprints. I have a pleasure to work with people smarter than me that create a solution that protects the users. It works by creating a continuous authentication solution that uses Behavioural Biometrics with cutting edge Machine Learning and stream processing technology. 5+ years of experience in R&D for Samsung with multiple successful projects around the world.

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is a new European regulatory requirement to reduce fraud and make online payments more secure - outlined in revised Payment Services Directive, commonly referred to as PSD2. It is worth keeping in mind that PSD2's SCA requirements go live in Europe in five months - 14th of September 2019. The magic behind how exactly is SCA achieved in payments under PSD2 will be explained and discussed in our next meetup by three distinguished payment security Jedis.
