On 2022, everyone knows about CI/CD but every time when we started new project, we are looking for the answers on many questions: what’s the best branch strategy, where and how I should implement quality gate, when CI finish and CD starts, what’s steps exactly should be on CI/CD pipeline to reduce lead time for changes (LT) and mean time to recovery (MTTR). We'll go through the blueprint of CI/CD pipeline, identify metrics which help to measure your CI/CD and increase deployment frequency.

• Talk#2. Silos are good! DevOps silos — Uldis Karlovs-Karlovskis, Director of DevOps at EIS Ltd

What they don’t teach Architects at school? With Uldis, we'll come back to the very old and well known Conway’s Law to get a bit deeper insights on why it’s so relevant nowadays and why we should keep it in mind when designing IT systems for organizations. This talk is somewhat a summary of what Uldis Karlovs-Karlovskis have been evangelizing over the last 10 years at different meetups and conferences. Also he will touch topics about culture and human behavior.
