What is Kafka, how does it work and why is it so popular?
We interviewed all engineers at our company about what the most popular data engineering tool right now is, and Kafka has been voted as one of the most popular.
For that reason, we decided to close this season of dyvenia’s data engineering events with a tech talk by our fantastic data engineer Laura Żuchowska on this stream-processing software platform.
Not only will Laura answer the questions from the event’s title, but she will also:
- Teach you the foundations of Kafka
- Show you how to send messages directly into Kafka; and
- Share how you can recognize the structure and components of Kafka.
