Decred is an autonomous digital currency launched by former bitcoin developers. Some people say it's a "Bitcoin without the problem of governance and funding". It has an innovative hybrid proof-of-work (PoW) proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus voting system, where stakeholders make the rules.
