Goal of this encounter is to give an idea of the python language: why to use it, what are its strengths, as well as its major drawbacks.
We will start with a gentle introduction to python: basic how-tos, language structures, exercises, with little or no assumptions about previous programming knowledge.
The last hour, then, we are going to have a quick coverage of the most popular python web framework (Django), and a couple of niceties.
