Currently we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer for our Krakow office to make the team even stronger. Fundamentally, the candidate must apply critical thinking to all proposed problems and have a keen aptitude for delivery quality. We are looking for someone who is excellent in his knowledge and can aspire to our values and culture. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work within the global delivery team set in EMEA region;
• Take responsibility for ensuring the delivery meets the department quality standards;
• Be responsible for defining test strategy, setting up toolset used for testing, writing and executing test procedures;
• Support, extend and optimize existing testing solutions;
• Collaborate closely with the development team to identify the optimal way to cover new functionality with automatic tests;
• Further the knowledge and enthusiasm of QA engineering techniques with your peers;
• Integrate with different solutions using DB, REST/SOAP, messaging and file transfers;
• Access both the non-production and production environments;

REQUIREMENTS:

• UNIX/Linux OS;
• JEE and Java 8, git, Team City, Continuous Integration;
• Microservices and service-oriented topology;
• Agile software development practices experience, a quality driven mindset;
• UNIX and scripting knowledge and understanding;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience in the financial or investments domains;
• Experience with source code control and build tools;
• Database services and SQL skills;
• Integration and messaging solutions experience;
• Expected to hit the ground running with limited guidance, be able to do more with less.
