DESCRIPTION
We’re currently looking for experienced Senior Java Developers with a full-stack mindset. We are running projects for one of the biggest, global health service company with more than 170 million customer and patient relationships in 30+ countries and jurisdictions. You will work on data integration and coding system in the cloud architecture.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop scalable production ready solution
- Communicate effectively with other departments (product managers, engineers) to discuss complex data-driven findings and technical specifications
- Willing to learn and work on different aspects of application development: user interface, API, backend logic, automated testing, data storage, infrastructure
- Interacting with all levels of the team and raise challenges when necessary
- Identify code defects and work with other developers to address quality issues in product code
- Finding bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code through the use of automation tools
- Continuing education and improving code quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Java BackEnd developer with Spring/SQL experience
- Experience inSpring/Spring-boot or Node.js BackEnd development
- Understanding of AWS. Cloud architecture, hands-on experience of at least two from the list: API Gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS S3, Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Glue
- REST services knowledge
- ElasticSearch knowledge
- We communicate in English, so you should be fluent or able to learn English quickly
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with performance optimization
- Kafka experience is a plus
- Experience with parallel data processing (e.g. MapReduce, Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
- Being tool agnostic with understanding major toolset and where the market goes
- Agile test-driven development experience
- Healthcare experience
