Our requirements

Proven experience in designing of user experience, interactions and usability for web applications
-
Working knowledge of customer journey map, value proposition canvas, business model canvas
-
Proven experience in prototyping and visual design using variety of traditional and digital techniques
-
Analytical skills
-
Ability to define personas, identify usability problems and propose solutions
-
Experience in workshop facilitation, preparation of use cases, user flows and wireframes
-
Focus on continuous improvements

Being a team player with good communication skills
-
Ability to work with variety of functions including development teams and product management
-
Good knowledge of English
Optional

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
-
Basic to intermediate programming skills in Angular and C#

Working knowledge of software tools like

Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, Axure

Up to date knowledge of UX and UI trends

Previous experience in Design Sprints
