Want to be part of an international agile team working on Web REST services used by web portals?
Web services technology has emerged as a key enabler for application developers in travel agencies, airlines, and providers of related content to deliver products and services to overcome some of these business challenges. Sabre offers Booking Management API Services to help agencies, airlines, and other customers reduce their overall travel content integration costs. It is a new project with extensive room to grow, but already appreciated by tenths of customers.
Booking Management API team is currently looking for a talented java developer to join our team in Kraków and help us on our journey towards next generation platform.
• Developing new and existing APIs (REST)
• Troubleshooting reported issues (debugging, analyzing logs)
• Work in a scrum team (daily standup, iteration planning’s + no agile fanaticism involved)
• Code review culture
• Quick feedback loop during development
• No micromanagement
• Product developed by only one team
• Co-located team (Kraków)
We’re looking for:
• People with problem solving skills, who enjoy challenges
• Experience with Java 8+
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Experience working with Maven, Spring
• Experience practicing TDD and applying Clean Code principles will be greatly appreciated
• Experience using git
• Ability to speak and write in English in a communicative fashion
Nice to have skills:
• GCP knowledge
