Job Description
We are currently looking for Senior Principal Product Manager to join our Sabre Propel - Product Incubation Team.
We are on a mission to accelerate and enhance the way Sabre incubates new ideas to shape the future of the travel industry. From market and customer validation through partnering with UX, Research team and development up to shift Product Management principles – this is foundational in what we do.

• You should be comfortable to stand up and verbalize your opinions in front of people of different level and operate as a servant leader/facilitator or initiative sponsor/leader depending on your role in specific initiatives
• Work with Strategy, Marketing and Product Leaders to incubate ideas and form recommendations based on findings
• Lead the Propel team of Product Managers; work closely with the cross functional teams that all support our mission such as marketing, UX, technology, strategy and product teams
• Upskill Sabre team members in embracing agile and/or lean techniques to achieve their goals
• Evangelize not just the output, but the journey we take to get the results we drive to create Tribes of advocates within the business
Job Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Experience working with engineering team on delivering marketable product on time
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (English and Polish)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical savviness
• Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Lean methodology
• Positive and get-things-done attitude
