- High-level business and functional requirements analysis
- Ability to run project delivery and lead a small team
- Effort estimation based on team input
- Good object-oriented programming (eg. APEX, Java, .NET) and design skills
- Data modeling and querying skills - SOQL, SOSL, SQL, ORM frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, JS, CSS)
- Modern development practices - unit testing, TDD, Clean Code, CI/CD, Git, Code Review
- Systems integration experience - REST/HTTP, SOAP
- Solid English is a must
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and development, Salesforce Certificates
- Experience in Mulesoft, Dell Boomi or Tibco
- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau
- Enterprise systems integration experience - ESB, iPaaS, Apache Camel, asynchronous messaging, EIP
- Familiarity with serverless technologies
- Exposure to data processing pipelines and ETL
- Experience in technical design – low-level, high-level
- Familiarity with component-based frameworks - Lightning Components, Web Components, React, Angular
- Exposure to cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GC, Heroku, other - especially in SaaS and PaaS models
