Web Developer - Equiniti Paymaster (EQP)
We’re looking to add a talented front-end developer to our growing software development team. You’ll be key to improving the user experience of millions of pension scheme members that use our applications.
Our Applications
- We build software for the UK pensions market.
- The software uses the following technology:
- ASP.NET (framework and core)
- JQuery, Typescript, Angular and React
- REST APIs
You will
- Work closely within one of the agile scrum development teams to enhance the UI and UX of our market leading products.
- Work collaboratively with developers across multiple teams, solution architects and product stakeholders.
- Take ideas from proof of concept; to design; to production.
- Participate in workshops where you will have the opportunity to showcase your work to fellow colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A fluent proficiency in the latest HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Proven understanding and usage of popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular or React.
- Exposure to a UI prototyping framework such as UXPin, Figma or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with CSS pre-compilers like LESS or SASS.
- An understanding of front-end unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Jest.
- Established experience working with Umbraco or a similar leading CMS.
- Diligent and accurate when it comes to responsive web design and cross browser compatibility.
- Experience with GIT version control.
- A basic level of understanding working with ASP.NET will be advantageous.
- Some exposure to accessibility guidelines and usage of tools such as aXe or NVDA which will be advantageous.
