Description
We are looking for 3 new Scrum Teams to support the extension of the existing payments solution, its integration with other lines of businesses, migration of old core to modern technologies and building new functionality at the top. Existing application is one of the winners of US market at the moment and we are looking for market expansion with the merge that is happening.
From technologies perspective, the old core is written on Java 7, reporting engine is Crystal Reports (to be moved to Jasper); Front End is mixture of Dojo and J2EE – the expectation is to bring this to the stack outlined above in the requirements.
We are young and enthusiastic team, tightly integrated with the Customer and empowered for business and technical decisions. We support flexibility with working hours and always find time to have some fun. There are business trips to Client location (USA, East coast) and to another GL location in Krakow, Poland - and there are always many challenges and opportunities to grows
Requirements
- 2+ years of the experience as a UI developer
- Good proponent of clean, valid, maintainable, and semantically correct HTML/CSS, including HTML5/CSS3
- Good experience with React.js
- In-depth knowledge of the capabilities of IE8+, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
- Good knowledge of DOM manipulation
- Good JavaScript skills along with experience with JavaScript libraries
- Working knowledge of web accessibility guidelines
- Experience working with a development team
- Good Adobe CS skills
- Intermediate English (read/write/speak) for daily communication with the customer’s subject matter experts
- Experience with Backbone is nice to have
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the UI architecture of large enterprise systems
- Collaborate with customer’s engineers and team
- Participate in tech plannings of release
