Scrum Master III (Mid/Regular Level)

- Actively working with Product Owner, educating, and supporting, propose the way how to refine and maintain the product backlog
- Facilitating productivity by removing impediments that team will encounter, mediating through conflicts
- Energize the team, facilitate communication, improve transparency, remove impediments the team will encounter
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
- Track and communicate team progress, as well as sprint or release progress through the best adequate metrics
- Facilitate Scrum Events
- Help mitigate distractions and increase the teams’ focus
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Working with a 2+ scrum teams
- Coordinating across other agile teams for complex projects
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full time Scrum Master for more than one team
- Experience using variety of different Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, other ones)
- Drive to get things done, takes ownership, has positive attitude and high energy
- Advanced Agile mentoring and coaching skills
- Able to set up and analyze agile software development metrics
- Advanced written and verbal skills in English
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Thorough understanding of the SDLC
- Practical experience in working with Rally and Jira
- Experience in working with remote teams, good communication skills (verbal, written)
