Agile Wrocław #13

Hi there! It is our pleasure to invite you to Agile Wrocław #13. This time we will have a guest from our southern neighbour – Michal Vallo from Czech Republic! Michal works on agile transformations. Therefore, the evening will be about discussion on agile transformation. We will open up topic on what agile transformation is, and what it is not as well as most important pitfalls. Michal has prepared three case studies that are derived from three real case scenarios. Participants will be in group discuss, what steps they will take to solve the case. What they will need, what preconditions must be met to decide go/no go into the project, what steps they will suggest to run during transformation process and how to define objectives and criteria.
