George Slawek Co Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Cyberus Labs (https://cyberuslabs.com/). George has 25 years of international business experience with global companies and technology startups in the Silicon Valley, the UK and in Poland. Over the last seven years he has successfully launched and managed three technology starts-ups in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, George spent 13 years with Bank of America as a VP in investment banking and capital markets. George has a rich experience working at various levels in the technology industry and government. He is the former president and board member of Silicon Valley-based US-Polish Trade Council. George has a proven track record of successfully launching companies, managing people, functions, and capital, leveraging his extensive background in the finance and technology industries to help clients succeed in the US and in Europe. George has an MBA in Finance, Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, and a B.S. in Organizational Behavior both from the University of San Francisco.
Piotr Giedziun Co Founder and CTO at IDENTT Sp. z o.o. (identt.pl) Passionate about new technologies, leader of the R&D team that works using Deep Learning. He has extensive experience in developing and maintaining applications in a variety of technologies. Member of the winning team in: MICCAI 2015 in Munich, Germany; MICCAI 2016 in Athens, Greece.

Moderator: Krzysztof Stachlewski CEO of Almondata, a company providing GDPR-compliance services. A Software Architect, graduate of Lodz University of Technology with MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems. Over the past 15 years he was engaged in various software projects ranging from digital TV to crypto-currencies and national lotteries, having worked his way from the position of a software developer to the one of systems architect and manager. Krzysztof is also running his own software development services company, with emphasis on databases and web development.

Biometric authentication is a security process that relies on the unique biological characteristics of an individual to verify that he is who is says he is. Since EU directive PSD2 forces financial services companies to introduce "strong", multi-factor authentication, biometry became a hot topic during senior management meetings at banks. We invited three leading experts in the field to explain and debate about merits of biometrics in authentication while logging in to your online banking service.
