Managing a project is a relatively simple task, as long as everyone is on site and everything moves according to plan. But imagine it's not. Imagine there are multiple teams spread across various time zones, and your teams are not collocated but distributed around Poland. On top of that, you are so Agile that your requirements change on a daily basis and you have two product owners - one per time zone. And two project managers as well. And all they ask of you is to build Scrum teams, and bring order to chaos to meet your deadlines and scope. The good part is that you are not alone. The bad - failure is not an option.
