Meet the speakers:

•  Dr. Benedikt Mangold - Senior Data Scientist at GfK in Nuremberg. He has over 10 years of experience in the fields of statistics and machine learning, applied to marketing intelligence, finance, and property. He studied mathematics and economics and earned his doctorate at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg where he also conducts lectures concerning statistics, Data Science, and programming courses.
•  Michał Jungiewicz - Senior Data Scientist at Codete, PhD candidate at AGH University of Science and Technology, Warsaw University of Technology graduate. His PhD research is focused on natural language processing. At Codete, Michał works in the field of medical machine learning.
• Dr. Vlad Ardelean - Data Scientist at GfK in Nuremberg with over 10 years of experience in the fields of statistics and machine learning. As a data science lead, he focuses on developing end-to-end solutions with a cross-functional team, especially in the area of data quality. He completed his studies in mathematics/economics at the Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg where he also earned his doctorate at the chair for statistics on the identification of outliers in time series.
