Andrzej will discuss the topics of possible cost optimization of employees in a company and the possibility of paying salaries using digital currencies. The tax treatment of cryptocurrencies for individuals and businesses will also be presented. It will be presented what is a taxable event under Polish regulations, what deductions can be applied to the annual settlement, and what are the rules for preparing PIT-38 on this basis.
