SPEAKERS

Bohdan Khomych, Associate Director of R&D Products, works closely with scientists researching quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and other deep technologies that benefit humanity. He graduated in Technology Management from the Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) and Cyber Engineering from Kyiv National University (KNU).

Taras Rumezhak, Vision Practice Leader at SoftServe R&D with main expertise in Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Responsible AI. He has over 5 years of experience in commercial research and consultancy. With a strong academic background, including an MSc from the University of Oxford and BSc from UCU, he has published cutting-edge research and developed production AI solutions from scratch. 

Damyr Hadiiev, Senior Science Practice Leader at SoftServe R&D, leading high-impact R&D teams with a focus on scientific applications (AI and computational in general) in life sciences, machine perception, computer vision, quantum computing, and physical simulations. With a background in theoretical physics and over a decade of experience across research, engineering, and consulting for enterprise projects, he focuses on the industrialization of deep technical and scientific insights.

Arkadiusz Drohomirecki, Lead R&D Engineer, guiding a team dedicated to accelerating SDLC processes by synergizing Large Language Models (LLMs) with programmatic techniques and implementing agentic AI solutions. Bringing over a decade of technical leadership experience, his background encompasses deep expertise in critical areas such as low-latency multimedia streaming, low-level networking, and software security. His R&D focus is on the practical application of emerging technologies, ensuring innovation is grounded in solid software engineering principles for impactful customer and product outcomes.
