Dancing with the devil – how to cooperate with a difficult customer
In our work stressful situations are unavoidable. They may be related to communication with stakeholders, customer’s structure – no matter the reason, we need to deal with them right away. Therefore I would like to share my experience in that matter and discuss several cases. These cases are:
- Cooperation with numerous stakeholders based on FMCG company where the main challenge was getting the decision from them
- Multiple hierarchy levels of stakeholders during cross-country rollout of a reporting application for supply chain support and fighting with cultural differences
- Cooperation with internal business analysis department which created an additional buffer for requirements elicitation
For each of the case I will explain the main pain points and present solutions that’s been used to tackle the issues. I would like to also invite you to share your own experience in that matter.
