I will show you how to create contract tests in Go, when they are useful, where they belong in the Testing Pyramid and how they can give you more confidence that a system works as expected.

Krzysztof Dryś: sqlc

Other programming languages might have their ORMs, but we Gophers prefer to write our SQL queries by hand. We don't mind writing some boilerplate code here and then. Even if it's because we try not to worry about things we cannot change.

What if get tired of all this and want to get our lives a little easier? In such a case, we can use sqlc: a tool which will fill most of the boring code for us. All of this, without the heavy burden of ORM framework.

I have used sqlc in a few projects and was always happy about it. Now I will try to share this joy with you.
