Netcompany Tech Talks - Groovy - scripting and DSL capabilities

Join us for a long series of Netcompany Tech Talks where we'll cover different matters from the IT world. This month's subject is " Groovy – scripting and DSL capabilities”.
We’re going to talk about:

• A short introduction to Groovy
• Writing scripts in Groovy to speed up daily tasks
• How to create own DSL (Domain Specific Language) with Groovy and share it with others

The talk will be done by our Senior Architect, Szymon – Professional Java Programmer with 10+ years of professional experience, mostly in Java ecosystem. He started his career with Document Management solution (mainly Documentum and Alfresco – both platforms were Java based). Lately, he's working on custom made project for Danish public sector (build on typical stack Java, Hibernate/JPA and Spring).
