- Customer-success orientation and proven experience in client support field
- Project Management background and proven experience in that field
- Understanding of business functions in the field of management
- Experience in planning and performing pre-contract activities
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of financial planning processes
- Experience in reporting and pricing
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Very good English manner in speaking and writing
