That is why we are looking for competent and effective operations leader, who is client-success oriented and experienced in project management and customer service roles to:

• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of operating executives
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Support CEO in the fields of project management, client support and operations management
• Participate in expansion activities (corporate alliances etc.)
• Manage relationships with partners and clients from industrial field

You will have a full and independent responsibility to implement strategies of customer care and operational work in Cracow office. You will report to Elmodis Board and work on daily basis close to our CEO. Therefore, we are seeking an individual, who will be the best fit and stay with Elmodis through the next industrial revolution.   WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Ideal candidate will have:

• Postgraduate Business Certificate in Management & Business Administration
• Technical Engineering Background
• Customer-success orientation and proven experience in client support field
• Project Management background and proven experience in that field
• Understanding of business functions in the field of management
• Experience in planning and performing pre-contract activities
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Working knowledge of financial planning processes
• Experience in reporting and pricing
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Very good English manner in speaking and writing
• Very good communication skills
