- Have 10+ years of experience in IT industry, preferably at a global consulting or outsourcing companies
- Have International experience from working for a global company in a must
- Have 5+ years of experience in sales or account management; experience with developing account plan and relationship map
- Understand custom software development process
- Have proven account management, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Possess Strong negotiation skills
- Have Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Have Solid experience in communication with C-level management
- Have BS degree; MS/Advanced degree desirable
- Developing relationship map and account plan
- Developing and maintaining relationships at senior level within the key accounts
- Developing a deep understanding of the client’s business goals
- Maintaining active dialogue with clients through weekly/biweekly meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Developing understanding of key stakeholders in the client organization, including the procurement group
- Actively seeking and monitoring client satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback
- Finding and closing new revenue opportunities within the Client
- Understanding client business needs, participate in solution development and effectively communicate solutions
- Working in close collaboration with peers (AMs in other locations), delivery and pre-sale teams
