As Project Manager you will be a part of the team responsible for supporting IS HR Delivery. We are looking for a person with extensive experience in managing IS projects for HR. Seize this unique opportunity and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.
Your responsibilities
- managing virtual internal and external project teams
- project planning and execution
- senior stakeholders management
- leading and chairing steering committee meetings
- addressing risks and mitigating them
- cost control and project budget management
- ability to manage more than 1 project at the same time
Your background
- experience in managing IT projects for HR (on premise and cloud solutions including cross systems integration)
- experience in senior stakeholders management
- experience in managing international project team virtually
- project management certification is a plus
- good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
- very good knowledge of English
- approximately 5 years of experience with IT projects
