We are looking for a Senior IS Business Analyst to cooperate with Product Owner(s), development Team(s) and ABB Supplier(s) in a managed service operating model. The scope of work consists of ABB external Web Portals (abb.com), ABB internal Web Portals (intranet), and other related global web based applications and tools.
The main responsibility of this role is to become a speaking partner for Product Owner, to connect with other ABB Business Areas and countires whenever needed, to rationalize business requirements, to manage backlog and collaborate with Development Teams in an AGILE culture.
This person will closely cooperate with Product Owner(s), Business Analysts(s), IS Service Owner(s), IS Solution Architect, development Teams, also with other ABB IS teams and suppliers. Reporting line will be directly to respective IS Service Owner.
Coordinate and manage product/platform development by connecting ABB Digital Marketing users, Product Owner and development team by undertaking numerous actions and activities during Sprint developments.
Agree and manage product roadmap, own backlog on behalf and with support of a Product Owner by co-leading ongoing reviews of demand from ABB.
Collect and rationalize business requirements from different stakeholders and adjust them according to the product roadmap, adjusting it whenever required.
Document system requirements at both high and low levels, by producing proper documentation and accurate process and data flow diagrams
Review and approve deliverables from IS Supplier by attending demo sessions as a closure of each Sprint cycle.
Participate and improve Agile/SCRUM processes following a continuous improvement culture within the team, by self-development and following best industry standards.
Support team building by creating a culture of open feedback and proactively propose and drive improvements within define scope of work.
IT Professional with seniority (>5 yrs+ experience) in similar environment (preferably in Content Management Systems (CMS) environments) in large complex environments.
Knowledge about web development best practices especially in the area of user experience in web portals, preferably with knowledge of Web Security, GDPR, SEO. Knowledge of CMS systems, commerce and web content management systems are nice to have.
Analyzing business processes, translating them into web components, functionalities, features and sharing recommendations with wider audiences and stakeholders.
Experience in working in Scrum/Agile framework.
Backlog management and ability to organize work of development teams according to AGILE work culture.
Profound understanding of modeling methods, mapping business processes and creation of user stories and features. Should have is experience with tools like: Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Practice in facilitation of stakeholder meetings and stakeholders management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English C1 is expected)
