- Have minimum 3 years of IT out-tasking /outsourcing operations experience including organisational effectiveness
- Are experienced in software development team ramp-ups
- Can interact effectively with employees, managers, team members (have an ability to maintain good professional relations)
- Understand an importance of workforce development (have an ability to review performance of the team members)
- Can build and maintain a highly specialised teams cooperating with recruitment and BDM team
- Have knowledge about software development processes
- Have experience in IT outsourcing business
- Have excellent communication skills
- Can easily use English on daily basis
- Have strong leadership and people management skills
- Daily operational activities on an overall level
- Focusing on business performance management (P&L) covering both people management (on-boarding, team performance management,) and commercial part including contract negotiations with close cooperation with Sales, securing overall business delivery and business continuity
