- Have experience with end-to-end recruiting
- Are experienced in direct search
- Have good knowledge of English allowing to communicate easily

- Comprehensive recruitment process realization for positions in IT industry
- Selection of Candidates most suited to the current needs of the Company and Customers
- Cooperation with recruitment, Service Line Managers and IT specialists
- Administration of candidate database and updating it
- Searching for new Candidates sources
- Building and maintaining good and long-term relationships with employees
- Participation in job fairs and/or conferences organized for employees in IT sector
