Apache Druid integrates with technology we already know and love, be that Apache Kafka for ingestion or Superset for business intelligence. Yet as data engineers and architects, it's good to be aware of other technologies that are useful to have in your toolkit. In this talk, Peter Marshall (Technology Evangelist at Imply) walks through the building blocks used in community Apache Druid-based intelligence pipelines, outlining their purpose and signposting to articles and videos for further investigation.
