Opis:

We are happy to invite you to the first of this kind Intel Poland’s event that gathers women working in #ArtificialIntelligence and #DataScience. The goal is to learn from exceptional women tech experts, raise their visibility and promote women's expertise and achievements.

The event is open to Intel employees, as well as WiMLDS (Women in Machine Learning and Data Science) Tricity members – non-profit organization that is partnering with us. During the meetup you will hear from Intel’s Katarzyna Mitrus, Joanna Wozna and Agnieszka Kowalewska.

Katarzyna will speak about her career path and responsibilities as an AI Frameworks Engineer at Intel. Her speech will cover brief introduction to the OpenVINO™ toolkit, an open-source software for deep learning inference. During this session you will also be guided about OpenVINO "Good First Issue" program and how to make your first open-source contribution.

Joanna is going to speak about direct optimization in deep learning frameworks. In her presentation she will share her story of working on direct optimization for deep learning projects (PaddlePaddle and JAX) for Intel hardware CPU (Central Processing Units) and GPU (Graphics Processing Unit).

Agnieszka will demystify the relation between Ethernet and Machine Learning. In her presentation, she will talk about technological challenges that must be solved in the context of Machine Learning. She will also share some reflections on her professional journey in the technology world.
