Lean IT Forum 2018
Lean IT Forum: how can IT create business value faster?
Do IT departments stop business? That’s what people say. But it is not the case everywhere. Such an argument is made by the organizers of the “Lean IT Forum” conference, in which case studies will be presented by “agile”, “lean”, but above all, by fast-acting organisations. How is it possible? You’ll learn on 21 March in Cracow during the second edition of this international conference.
The organizers of the Lean IT Forum this year focus on innovations and this is reflected in the slogan of the upcoming edition: „accelerating innovation with DevOps, Agile and Lean”. It is the skilful combination of these 3 methodologies that is to be the key to effective management and fast implementation of new business ideas.
“Our conference is meant as an opportunity to look at IT from a broader perspective which will make it possible to efficiently build a modern organisation: one addressing the business needs of its clients, with a good understanding of current trends and effectively implementing them. That, in consequence, will enable contractors to become technology leaders” says Krzysztof Kozakiewicz, behind the idea of the event and CEO of the “Let’s Manage IT” Foundation.
NO THEORY, JUST LEADERS
The speakers at the conference will exclusively be people active in business, developing for years the most innovative projects in big companies from the finance, healthcare, e-commerce or manufacture sectors. They will share their experience and stories which taught them how to implement changes fast and gain a competitive advantage by combining DevOps, Lean IT and Agile. Mike Orzen – one of the most important figures in the world of Lean IT – will be the special guest at the conference.
ORIGINAL AND FLEXIBLE PROGRAMME
The formula of the event allows to adapt its course to one’s own interests – it will include case studies presentations, practical workshops, inspiring lightning talks and networking.
WHO IS IT ADRESSED TO?
