Liberating Structures ongoing community peer coaching #11

This series of events is an experiment into a lightweight peer coaching exercises using Liberating Structures.

Invitation - Let's practice peer coaching for 1 hour. Be sure to have some ideas, problems, challenges, issues at hand.

The format is simple:

- intro with the rules

- peer coaching with any of those three techniques - Troika Consulting, Wise Crowds, Helping Heuristics.

So e.g. we can decide whether to do two rounds of Troika Consulting or one Troika Consulting and one of Helping Heuristics

- give and get help

- thank you and see you next time

Take it easy, absolutely no sweat. There will always be an admin to help you with breakout rooms and other technical issues.

Due to security concerns we'll send a link to the room a day before the event to people who responded Yes.

Please have a working camera and a microphone, otherwise, you may not be admitted to the event.
