Developing programming languages seems to be very hard process.

If you ever wanted to make your own toy language and learn about compilers and virtual machines - during my presentation I'll show you it can be fun and satisfying, how to split your problem into smaller "doable" steps, and why I belive Rust is one of best tools available.
