You are invited to create a people-empowered democracy with COVID-19 frontline workers.
Over the last weeks and months, we have witnessed the emerging conflict between individual privacy and attempts to eradicate the pandemic - can we have BOTH privacy and public health, civil rights and economic well-being?
We are inviting social workers, NGOs, activists and citizens to join the dialogue on how to build a transparent, inclusive, technology-enabled participation systems for ALL communities during #TransparencyByDesign, online event on May 7th at 5 PM CEST joined by frontline workers who will share their insights on the crisis’ real-time challenges.
#TransparencyByDesign sets a direction for an extended dialog on a people-centered democratic participation solutions that are going to be explored during BOTH/AND Virtual Summit on June 17th-18th, 2020 (accessible for everyone who would like to present their point of view, speak up about their concerns on the privacy debate, and co-create a better system via a series of live breakout sessions with experts).
