Information Systems Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in Salesforce Practice focusing on Field Service you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and using data analytics to assess processes, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services. Location: EU/India

Your responsibilities

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to technical, functional design. Provide expertise to business process owners, operation support or project teams
• Support Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to support decisions for new or changed IS solution/services
• Cooperate with Solution Architects to ensure consistent design of Salesforce Platform
• Cooperate with Service Owner to ensure quality and stability of Field Service
• Collect, document and review business requirements from Business owners
• Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement
• Understand the customer journey and business value realization
• Define solutions fulfilling customer requirements, ensuring leverage of best practices
• Ensure functional specification from project teams supports an overall solution design 
• Lead continuous development and innovation of solution to enable increased solution value realization

Your background

• 6+ years of experience in IT together with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development or Business Analysis
• 2+ years of experience as Salesforce Functional or Business analyst
• Experience with Field Service (any other eg. Service Cloud nice to have)
• Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and development team spread around the world 
• Salesforce certification, at least Administrator; Consultant preferred
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices
• Strong leadership skills with interest to explore new ideas and build strong relationships – excellent networking skills with customer focus and problem solving skills
• Collaborative and proactive approach: Work well in cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues across different departments and geographies. Global mindset, inter-cultural sensitivity
• Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
